Live Support - Features and Policy

We offer customer friendly Live Support facility to our site visitors as an complimentary option.
  1. Live Support button is available on bottom-right side of web pages on this website and also below, which enable visitor to initiate chat feature on click.

  2. Live Support available between 10am to 8pm (IST) Mon-Sat for Technical Support and 10am to 6pm (IST) Mon-Sat for Sales, Billing and Domain Queries.

  3. Only Level 1 issues will be accepted in Technical Support department. For all other questions/query, customers are requested to raise Helpdesk ticket. In other words, any question/query or issue which is not complex and does not require system administrator check should only be reported/handled through Live Support channel.

  4. Live Support cannot be used for Payment tracking, Cancellation, Refund. Please raise helpdesk ticket for such concerns. We pride to respond within same business day (in 95% cases within a hour or so!) instead of keeping you waited for day(s).

  5. Existing tickets should not be escalated or referred using Live Support option.

  6. Please do not share your account user name, password, bank details, credit card information on Live Support channel. Doing so is solely at your own risk.

  7. Any commitments or quotation given through Live Support channel are not deemed valid. Please ask for official quotation or email message or helpdesk ticket reply in concern to your question/query.
